The Office for the Future can support you to create the structures and processes needed for humans to co-create a world that is equal to your spiritual, social, and technological capabilities. We seek guide you to enact contexts in which the evolutionary impulse that lives in each person can find its fullest expression while joining synergistically with the expressions of all others.

Background
The Office for the Future is a Co-Creative Initiative of the Center for Integral Wisdom and the Foundation for Conscious Evolution and their respective founders Dr. Marc Gafni and Barbara Marx Hubbard with the purpose to articulate the Memory of the Future. It is this memory of the future that articulates a global ethic for a global civilization.
At a time when we are more interconnected and interdependent than ever, we lack a shared narrative of meaning and purpose. In order for humanity to make it to the next stage of evolution, we need to remember, to recover memory — not the memory of the past, but the memory of the future that acts as a strange attractor guiding us forward.
We need to evolve a shared narrative of meaning and purpose that has the power to animate and inspire both our individual and collective lives, so we can co-awaken as a Unique Self Symphony and co-create a Planetary Awakening in Evolutionary Love.
By articulating a number of key distinctions that have the power to guide, inform and transform key dimensions of both our public and private lives in both their interior and exterior dimensions, we are evolving the core memetic structures of consciousness.
Particularly, we are articulating and sharing a new Universe Story, a new vision of Identity, and new Politics of Evolutionary Love for our civilization, whose vision and values have the power to liberate us from the global intimacy disorder that is the source of the global action paralysis which inflicts massive suffering on billions and severely challenges our very survival.
The Office for the Future offers a context and container for connecting and empowering co-creators worldwide who are part of the vast global movement for positive change, making the efforts of this movement visible to engender greater coherence and synergy.
The Wheel of Cocreation 2.0…

…is a co-evolution by Marc and Barbara which derives from Barbara’s original Wheel of Cocreation and some key dimensions of Marc Gafni’s new narrative of The Universe: A Love Story and Unique Self Symphony.
In this co-emergent, Barbara Marx Hubbard and Dr. Marc Gafni integrate their respective memetic codes into a higher order of coherence — a new synergy — a whole greater than the sum of the parts.
Barbara’s idea of a Panetary Awakening is emergent from De Chardin’s notion of the “Christification of the Earth” — with De Chardin representing a “conscious evolutionary” updating of the biblical prophets . This notion then merged with Marc’s crucial memetic narratives — the Universe: A Love Story and the Unique Self Symphony — both highly precise and yet poetic memetic structures with many pages of articulation behind it. In a word, Unique Self Symphony is the “self-organizing universe called forward by evolutionary love, moving towards the emergence of Unique Self — all of which come together in a meta-mind of evolutionary we space — Unique Self Symphony — which forms the basis for a Politics of Evolutionary Love.” Hence the Planetary Awakening in Evolutionary Love through the Unique Self Symphony.
Barbara’s crucial notion of connecting co-creators worldwide who are the leading edge of each of the twelve sectors of the wheel is Wheel 1.0.
Marc added a second Wheel, inset to the first, which has twelve sectors expressing twelve dimensions of Unique Self Expression — through which the Unique Self — living his or her irreducibly unique expression of love intelligence — giving his or her Unique Gift — affects the entire field of reality. This is Wheel 2.0. In this, the wheel merged its original function — to connect co-creators worldwide — with a second function: “to convene a Unique Self Symphony in which all human beings awakening as the evolutionary impulse contribute to the evolution of culture and consciousness — which at the core is the evolution of love.”
As Marc has put it in a video dialogue:
“When you have an evolutionary relationship to life, your experience is that your next act of awakening as outrageous love and creatively living that outrageous love and enacting it in the world can actually tip the entire system.”
